Monthly allowance for outstanding merit to the state

 

It is awarded to the spouse or mother/father of persons decorated post-mortem with the "Order of the Republic" or the "Stefan cel Mare" Order, who are beneficiaries of state pension or social allowances according to national legislation or who are not beneficiaries of state pension or social allowances.

The allowance for outstanding merits to the state is established and paid to the spouse, as the case may be, and in their absence - to one of the parents of the person decorated post-mortem.

 

In the case of unfit parents who are divorced, the amount determined shall be divided, on request, between them in equal parts.

 

1. identity card;

2.  document confirming the fact of the decoration of the late posthumously deceased with the "Order of the Republic" or the "Stefan cel Mare" Order;

3. marriage certificate;

4. certificate of civil status;

5. other documents if necessary

Examination deadline - 60 days from the date of submission of the application with all necessary documents.
