Nominal monthly state allowance for persons of outstanding merit to the state

Entitlement to nominal allowance is for citizens of the Republic of Moldova - beneficiaries of state pensions and social allowances. 

- identity card

- document confirming the fact of decoration with an order or medal, or the conferment of an honorary title

- other documents if necessary

- persons who have been awarded honorary titles and medals - 50 MDL;

- persons decorated with orders, with the exception of persons decorated with the orders "Order of the Republic", "Stefan cel Mare" and "Labour Glory" of classes I, II and III and persons holding the title of Hero of Socialist Labour - 100 MDL;

- persons who have been awarded honorary titles, medals and orders - 100 MDL;

- persons decorated with the orders "Order of the Republic", "Stefan cel Mare" and "Labour Glory" of classes I, II and III and persons holding the title of Hero of Socialist Labour - 500 MDL.

The payment of the state allowance for outstanding merit to the state is made for the current month by the payment method selected by the beneficiary and available within the government electronic payment service (MPay). The National Office of Social Insurance will keep track of the payment of state allowances for outstanding merits towards the state.

State allowances for outstanding merits to the state established and not received by the beneficiary within 12 consecutive months are suspended.

 

Payment of state allowances for outstanding merits to the state shall be resumed on the basis of the application of the beneficiary or the representative appointed by proxy and the applicant's identity card, submitted to the social insurance body, and shall be paid retroactively for a period of 3 years prior to the date of application.
