Unique death indemnity for beneficiaries of the power institutions

The wife regardless of age and working capacity. Children who have not reached the age of 18 or those who have exceeded this age if they have become disabled before reaching the age of 18, or those who at the time of the death of the breadwinner were pupils of technical-vocational schools, high schools, colleges or students in higher education institutions and have not reached the age of 23.

For the families of deceased pensioners from the military, who served through a contract, personnel from the command and troops of internal affairs bodies, the officer and non-commissioned officer corps of the Border Police, collaborators of the National Anticorruption Center, and public servants with special status within the penitentiary administration system, released from service due to age limits or illness, with a work experience of 25 years or more, a unique allowance is granted in the following amounts: three monthly pensions for the wife, and for each family member unfit for work, one pension.

For the families of deceased pensioners from the military, who served through a contract, individuals from the command and troops of internal affairs bodies, the officer and non-commissioned officer corps of the Border Police, collaborators of the National Anticorruption Center, and public servants with special status within the penitentiary administration system, released from service under conditions other than those mentioned, a unique allowance is granted equivalent to one pension for each family member unable for work.
