General directorate of public procurement and patrimony

The main functions of the General directorate are: 

1)     the organization and proceedings on public procurement procedures for the NOSI’s maintenance in accordance with relevant legislation for ensuring compliance with the principles of transparency, publicity of information, objectivity, impartiality and efficiency in the achievement of activity targets;

2)   the ensuring of a sustainable service procurement for the prevention of diseases and health recovery of the beneficiaries of social rights carried out by public social insurance system through balneo-sanatorium treatment and for organizing the rest and the recover of the children’s and adolescent’s health;

3)   the implementation and contributing to the improvement of the legislation in the field of public procurement;

4)  the management of the patrimony which is under the administration of NOSI;

5)   the coordination in identifying the requirement for resources for the organization of work and the functioning of NOSI;

6)  the monitoring of the performance of contracts of public procurement (services, fixed assets, goods, investments, current repair and capital repair).
