Conditions of granting

The benefits of the beneficiaries of the power institutions shall be determined by:

a)Directorate of Pensions and Social Benefits to the beneficiaries of the power institutions of the NOSI central apparatus, to the beneficiaries whose identity and quality fall under the conditions of the Law no. 245/2008 on state secrecy.

b)Territorial Offices of Social Insurance, according to the beneficiary's residence visa (hereafter TOSI).

In order to determine the pension of the beneficiaries whose identity and quality fall under the conditions of the Law no. 245/2008 on state secrecy, they shall submit to the Directorate of the NOSI CA the documents provided for in item 5, with the exception of the documents on state secrecy, which shall be sent by special couriers by the power institution from which the applicant is removed.

 

 

In order to establish the pension of the beneficiaries of the power institutions, the applicant shall submit the following documents to the TOSI:

a) identity card;

b) order of dismissal;

c) calculation of seniority, issued by the competent body, according to the approved form;

d) contract for military service;

e) military service record (original and copy);

f) employment record book (original and copy) or other documents confirming the contribution period (extracts from orders, salary certificates, minutes of service for the relevant period);

g) diploma of licensing or certificate of completion of postgraduate studies (original and copy);

h) diploma of studies at the daytime section of higher educational institutions (original and copy);

i) certificate of salary as per the approved form;

 

j) medical decision.

 

Deadline for examination of the application - 30 days.
