The main functions of the General directorate are: 

1)  the logical and physical database design, the development, testing, implementation, exploitation, modification and ensuring the functionality of application systems and web- services;

2)  the ensuring of the Governance e-Transformation process;

3)  the  elaboration,  monitoring  and  application  of  methodologies  in  the  development  of application systems and web-services;

4)  the ensuring of the management of information technologies projects and E-transformation.
